If
you Winamp installed and are unable to tune in, you
can manually enter the station address into Winamp:
Open Winamp. In the very top left corner of the
Winamp window, click on the symbol to open the Winamp Menu. Put the cursor over Play, then move the
cursor to the right and click on URL.
When the URL box opens up, type
http://174.36.237.118:9094/listen.pls
and click Open. (If you have dial-up instead of broadband, use 9096
instead of 9094.) You should then hear the music playing.
To Save the Doowop Café setting
as a bookmark, go back to the Winamp Menu , place the cursor over
Bookmarks, move the cursor to the right and click on Add current as
bookmark. To name the bookmark, go back to the Winamp Menu,
Bookmarks, Edit Bookmarks, highlight the stream name, click on Edit
at the bottom of the page, and enter Doowop Café in the Title
box of the window that opens up. To access the Doowop Café next
time, simply open Winamp, open Winamp Menu, put the cursor over Play,
move the cursor to Bookmark, move the cursor to Doowop Café,
and click.

To Listen using iTunes
Open iTunes and create a playlist
called Doowop Café. At the top of the iTunes window, click
Advanced, click Open audio stream, and in the URL box that opens up,
type http://174.36.237.118:9094/listen.pls
(If you are using dial-up, rather than broadband, use 9096 instead
of 9094.) The music will start playing at this point.
To save this setting, do the following:
In the iTunes window, click on Music, then click on the backwards
arrow in the top right corner of the large window at the top of the
iTunes page. That will highlight the Doowop Café stream you
are hearing. Click on the highlighted stream and drag it to the
Doowop Café playlist you created. To listen to the Doowop Café at
a later time, simply click on the Doowop Café playlist, and
double click on the name that appears in the main iTunes window.
